Jehovah's Witnesses Or How To Become Church Through Fraud

Netzwerk Sektenausstieg e.V. claims under the headline "confusion about the number of Jehovah's Witnesses in Germany" that the assumption that there are more than about 400 Jehovah's Witnesses in Germany is wrong.

If this assertion were incorrect, the Watchtower Society would long ago have set an example against the Netzwerk Sektenausstieg e.V. by means of a kind of modern example process. But the Brooklyn leadership cadre and its German offshoot remain silent. This suggests that there are actually only about 400 Jehovah's Witnesses in Germany who earn their name through membership in the associations. The entire remainder of this group, which can be calculated according to need, is an arbitrarily influenceable number of deceived people.

One of the legal requirements for the granting of corporate rights is that the number of members of the applicant institution must be at least one thousandth of the total population. Jehovah's Witnesses must have indicated that they meet this requirement. But there are only about 400 Jehovah's Witnesses in Germany. All others, whatever their degree or rank (interested person, pioneer, baptized person), are neither members of the Watchtower Society nor are they documented in a binding or comprehensible way for the public authorities, i.e. in a way that allows more control than random sampling or rough estimation. The Jehovah's Witnesses group, both legally and practically, consists of a troupe of about 400 men, organized in a Masonic manner, and only a staging of a religion with the help of a number of people not controlled by the state.

The number of "religious members" not legally registered is freely manipulable by the Watchtower Society, because this number is only documented internally, if at all, but not by documents such as would result from an association membership. Who other than the approximately 400 Jehovah's Witnesses who are club members can determine the number of Jehovah's Witnesses in Germany? Nobody. There is no official register, no legally usable evidence, no administrative procedure, but only claims of the Watchtower Society. The Watchtower Society is accustomed to not bringing the allegations in its publications too close to the real facts that exist, as is often proven on these pages, and it is accustomed to encountering many people's trust with this technology.

The German state belongs to the group of the cheated

Since the Watchtower religion, which accuses other idols of idolatry, but operates a two-god system itself, has perfected the practice of open and semi-open fraud over many decades, it dares to take on the task of successfully lying to not only individuals but entire states. A group in Germany of just about 400 men actually manages to assert a religious community and to transfer it into the status of a church that has no actual, legally comprehensible substance. Although there is a certain number of people who feel themselves to be Jehovah's Witnesses beyond the core of the genuine members, their roots in the Watchtower Society are only of a spiritual nature and lack any administrative basis, as can be found in institutions with the same claim.

If a Jehovah's Witness goes to the Resident Registration Office to make his Leaving the Watchtower Society official and thus document the fact of separation from it, he can go home immediately, for in Germany not a single Resident Registration Office has the insight or influence on the actual member technical data of the Jehovah's Witnesses as it is everyday administrative practice in the case of the churches. The German state must believe the Watchtower Society in the figures given and trust that the Watchtower Society is not lying. While for the sake of justice and equal treatment of all involved everyone in Germany must be able to prove their financial statements on request, the German state blindly believes the Watchtower Society's statements and refrains from systematically cooperating in the administration of the members of this very special religion.

A state in which it is possible to achieve church status with an officially unprovable number of believers for a quantity of people specified only by internal figures cannot and will not protect against the effects caused by private and arbitrary manipulation in the financial sector. A state that renounces the fixed administrative participation in institutions recognized by it not only opens the door to fraud for corporations and similar power structures, but also acts deeply irresponsibly. It creates space for special rights and privileges for individual background groups.

The different intentions

The individual believing Jehovah's Witness argues with regard to his de facto nonmembership of the Jehovah's Witnesses that for him only spiritual belonging to this religious community counts. This argument cannot be dismissed either. Exactly in this way the Christian feels that he belongs to the body of Christ without ever having applied for compassion or received a certificate of his participation in the body of Christ. The relevant difference is not the respective spiritual/spiritual connection and the associated feeling of belonging, but the fact that such a matter concerning the inner man can never be suitable to form a state-recognized institution. The body of Christ has never been, and never will be, the subject of corporate law considerations. Likewise, a passionate non-smoker can never, because of his inner sense of belonging to the group of non-smokers, apply to have it elevated to an institution recognized under state law. The inwardly meaningful feeling of belonging can never bring about recognition as a public corporation. Only a socially sanctioned and legally unambiguously comprehensible organisational form can justify recognition as such a body. The Jehovah's Witnesses do not have this socially sanctioned and legally perfectly comprehensible form of organization, because their community consists in truth only of a few background men (unknown to the individual Witnesses) as full members and a group of gullible people who have not been substantiated.

The conclusion to be drawn from these facts is that a car enthusiast who glues a cardboard car to himself will never be able to register this car as a vehicle. He will not receive a Technical Supervisory Association sticker, number plate or registration certificate. The Watchtower Society, thanks to the German "legal system", has done just that for its religious vehicle.
