One is engaged for years in the search for an answer concerning the question which is forced upon Christians by the Jehovah's Witnesses and other false teachers whether Jesus is God, and then one is pushed by the lapse of a friend in a context that proves stronger than many other things that Jesus is God.
In the argumentation of the Antichrist-Watchtower, which contradicts the teachings of the Jehovah's Witnesses, appears repeatedly the term "Spirit of Christ" or "Spirit of Jesus". One day my friend and brother, succinctly stated: the Spirit of Christ does not exist!
Wow! Did I get on the wrong track so much that I had added a word to the Bible? Had I gone too far in the fight against the heresy of Jehovah's Witnesses and wasn't I no longer under the leadership of the Holy Spirit in this struggle? How could it happen that I was in all the ideas of faith not longer under the management and preservation of the Holy Spirit? Could it really happen that someone who refers honest faith in the Holy Spirit, can slip in such errors? Could it be possible that the Holy Spirit thusly made me fall into the trap, when I even say publicly that in my view the leadership of the Spirit of Christ, oh, I mean of course the leadership of the Spirit of God is responsible for the argumentative content of this website?
When I read the accusation that the spirit of Christ did not exist, I was strangely calm internally. More important for me was at that moment the idea that a long-time Christian who is so strong in his faith and stands snow white in the eyes of God not has yet internalized the basic structures of Christian doctrine. Here I realized once again that God is not so strongly interested that we know everything exactly and perfectly in theory, but that we must set our heart on Jesus Christ, whom He has given us to salvation. Of course I had to investigate this allegation from my own ranks and by the very first inquests, I found three biblical passages that contain the term "Spirit of Christ" quite relaxed.
Here is of course the opportunity to browse the entire Bible for such passages where the Spirit of Christ is used as a synonym for the Spirit of God. But these three ad hoc found responses should be sufficient to convince all Bible-believing people about that the Spirit of Christ according to the Bible is the Spirit of God. This has the unavoidable consequence that Jesus is truly God. It is not possible to assigne Jesus and the Father the same spirit, without that both are the one and the same God.
Even if one argues that the Spirit of God was only active through Jesus, that cannot explain why the Bible appoints the Spirit of Christ us as our succour. The explicit naming of the Spirit of Christ as our succour would amount to that we were dealing with two Holy Spirits, if we took the doctrine of the Jehovah's Witnesses as a basis. The Watchtower doctrine logically should deal with these two different Holy Spirits. It does not do, but they just ignore that the Bible sees in the Spirit of God and the Spirit of Christ, exactly the same.
The biblical reality leads in this simple way the Gnostic teachings of the Watchtower Society to a mockery and all the people who believe the Bible know that the good and true newspaper publisher from Brooklyn is a terrible false teacher, whose existence is based solely on the target, to lead astray as much people as possible. Another time is provided the evidence that the Watchtower Society is only plucking single aspects out of the Bible to use them for padding their anti-christian teaching. Other clear statements of the Bible are kept secret and swept under the carpet. Or has simply overlooked the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses these passages? Could it be that the alleged channel of God slept the reality?
